Our proposal for Optima Lumina™ is comprised of up to 135 luxury one, two, and three-bedroom condominium residences* and an additional 6,816 GSF of destination commercial and retail space. Optima Lumina is now designed as a unique standalone building adjacent to Optima Verdana® with vibrant sustainable architecture, high quality construction, and extensive amenities and services. The project will provide high quality housing and commercial space with an active streetscape that will also help to further enhance the vitality of the center of the Village of Wilmette.

7160 Optima Kierland
Located in the heart of North Scottsdale’s urban core, 7160 Optima Kierland Center is a ten-story multifamily rental building completed during the first phase of the Optima Kierland development. The tower includes 150 rental units with floor plans that range from studios to three-bedrooms.
