The exterior building aesthetic evolves from an expression of the functional spaces within, featuring transparent glass at the street level, reflective curtainwall exterior throughout, black ceramic frit glass with a dot pattern at the parking level and energy-efficient silver metallic glass on the residential floors. Recessed outdoor space at recreational Floor 10 and residence club Floor 32 cast deep shadows that create visual cohesion and differentiation between residential and amenity floors.
The interior spaces continue the bold simplicity. The lobby space greets you with tall, bright red painted steel panels, fabricated using laser-cutting technology. Solid wall planes of color are placed throughout the common areas, adding to the up-beat interiors dominated by open views and light-filled spaces.
