Lead Construction Superintendent
The Lead Construction Superintendent has overall responsibility for the construction of mid and high-rise residential multi-family developments, ensuring timely completion in accordance with budget and safety requirements. Manages all on-sight construction issues. Resolves any conflicts that might arise among superintendents and subcontractors. Resolves scheduling conflicts and ensures production remains on schedule. Ensures safety and regulatory guidelines are met.

As a senior-level Executive Assistant supporting a Senior Vice President on our Executive Team, you’ll take on growing levels of executive support as your interest and skills allow, own projects, and gain exposure to many aspects of the business. You will provide high-level administrative and research support, assist in scheduling, handle internal and external communication, and execute multiple complex and diverse special projects.
Office Manager/Administrative Assistant
This Office Manager/Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the President and local Executive Team, support reception and lead general office duties. This role handles communication from both internal and external constituencies and executes multiple projects. The successful candidate will exhibit attention to detail, accuracy, enthusiasm and a focus on maintaining confidentiality of all company-related matters.
Seeking a hands-on, driven Maintenance Superintendent responsible for scheduling and coordinating the maintenance of multiple Optima projects in Arizona sites, including exterior, interior and mechanical. Coordinating and scheduling with both on site and off site mechanical trades for the repair and long term maintenance of Optima and condo association controlled buildings. Ensure that all buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards.
