Optima Towers
Optima Towers includes 105 condominium residences with 8,000 square feet of street-level retail. Located in downtown Evanston, Optima Towers was the first of Optima’s three developments in the area over a two year span. The tower’s prime downtown location offers walkability to nearby transportation, shopping and Northwestern University.
The design of Optima Towers serves to set it apart from its surroundings. A shimmering green glass facade and bright orange perforated steel balconies provide relief from the monochromatic materials of the buildings around the towers, and a landscaped courtyard provides a natural separation between the residential entry and street-level retail.
