Michigan Place is 120 units, with two seven-story condominium buildings at one end of the site and three-story townhomes at the other. Located in Chicago near the Illinois Institute of Technology, the complex integrates historical structures as a nod to the college’s Miesian campus just across the street.
The complex is marked by a grand entrance, centered on a historic church. Within, the two multifaceted condominium towers define the north end of the site and allow maximum sun exposure for the townhomes to the south. Michigan Place also features an underground parking area, topped by a landscaped green roofing system.
