1618 Sheridan Road is a ten-story condominium development with only eight units. Each unit has its own floor of the building, with a penthouse connecting the top two floors.
The condominium was designed with a combination of green glass, metal louvers and granite. The green glass bay windows fully utilize the square footage of the development, with living space extending to the outdoors via expansive prefabricated balconies.
