Thaddeus “TJ” Lenick Jr. is senior vice president of Optima, Inc. Mr. Lenick joined Optima in 1985. During his 33 years with Optima, he has supervised bidding and contracting, entitlements, legal and insurance matters, construction activities and property management functions. In addition, he manages Optima’s construction project managers and lead superintendents on Optima’s Arizona projects.
Mr. Lenick previously worked in project management for Pagani Brothers, Inc. and Stanmar, Inc.
A licensed architect, Mr. Lenick earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science with a concentration in real estate development and investment from New York University. He is a member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA).
