Karl Schneider is senior vice president of construction of DCH Construction, Inc., a division of Optima, Inc. He has been extensively involved in the construction and management of over 3,500 residential units and 100 commercial spaces for Optima. Mr. Schneider joined Optima, Inc. in 1993 upon graduating from college, holding roles as a customer service representative and then as construction superintendent. He now leads the onsite construction team for all of Optima’s Arizona developments. He supervises and coordinates the installation of work, leads and supports team of superintendents and ensures projects meet the highest level of quality and are completed on schedule.
A licensed architect, he received a Bachelor of Science with honors in architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
