Sales remained strong through the pandemic; as of press time, the tower is 75 percent sold out.
7180 Optima Kierland comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, plus a collection of premium penthouses at the highest floor. Though four models are available to tour, there are a variety of options for custom and combined floorplans.
