WiredScore research shows that four out of five Americans expect the Internet to work as reliably as any other utility, yet 86% of renters continue to have Wi-Fi connectivity issues and service disruptions. The new certification for digital infrastructure measures a building’s technology against benchmarks, including how connectivity will be delivered and planned utility upgrades as technology evolves.
