“Years before founding Optima, Inc., David Hovey had always known he wanted to be an architect. But there was a time where he didn’t know exactly how he would afford a college education. Thanks in part to a scholarship from the Pullman Foundation, he earned his degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has since become one of the country’s most distinguished architects. “For many of us, it takes just one opportunity to accomplish great things.
