Business Manager
Our Business Manager is a business leader who focuses on resident customer service and assists in managing operations, processing rent payments, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications of a multi-million-dollar apartment community. This person must be meticulous in attention to detail and possess a professional and collaborative demeanor as a representative of Optima.
Maintenance Superintendent
Seeking a hands-on, driven Maintenance Superintendent responsible for scheduling and coordinating the maintenance of multiple Optima projects in Arizona sites, including exterior, interior and mechanical. Coordinating and scheduling with both on site and off site mechanical trades for the repair and long term maintenance of Optima and condo association controlled buildings. Ensure that all buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest standards.
Maintenance Technician
The maintenance technician for Optima will have the opportunity to work directly for the developer performing maintenance service for a luxury apartment community. They will complete service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and other functions throughout the property, playing one of the most critical roles in the success of the property.
Leasing Consultant
The leasing consultant will have the opportunity to grow and strategize innovative ideas for marketing and resident retention, and provide extraordinary customer service. They will guide future residents through the touring, application and move-in process, closing leases and maximizing revenue for the community. Our Leasing Consultants build a positive and lasting influence on our visitors, prospects, and residents, and understand the importance of exceptional service and first impressions.
